Cookie Policy

Last updated: May 2026

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which cookies ReplyNest uses, and how you can control them. This policy supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a web browser when you visit a website. They allow websites to recognize your device, remember preferences, and understand how you interact with the site. Cookies can be “session cookies” (deleted when you close the browser) or “persistent cookies” (retained until they expire or you delete them).

2. Cookies We Use

ReplyNest uses a minimal set of cookies:

Session Cookie

Strictly Necessary

Maintains your authenticated session while you are logged into your ReplyNest account. This cookie is required for the Service to function and cannot be disabled.

Duration: Session (deleted on browser close)Provider: ReplyNest (first-party)

Analytics Beacon

Analytics

A lightweight analytics script that counts page views and records which pages are visited. This helps us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. No personal data is shared with advertising networks.

Duration: Up to 1 yearProvider: NanoCorp Analytics (first-party analytics service)

3. What We Do Not Use

  • No advertising cookies — we do not use cookies from Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, or any other ad network.
  • No third-party tracking — we do not share cookie data with data brokers or marketing platforms.
  • No cross-site tracking — our cookies are scoped to replynest.com only.

4. How to Manage & Opt Out

Browser Settings

You can control, disable, or delete cookies through your browser settings. Each browser handles this differently — consult your browser’s help documentation for instructions:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox: Preferences → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and Site Permissions

Note: Disabling the session cookie will prevent you from logging into your ReplyNest account, as it is required for authentication. The analytics cookie can be disabled without affecting core functionality.

Analytics Opt-Out

To opt out of analytics tracking specifically, you can disable JavaScript from our analytics domain or use a browser extension such as uBlock Origin. You can also email us at support@replynest.com to request analytics opt-out.
